Urgent help
If you are experiencing something that makes you feel unsafe, distressed, or worried about your mental health, you can now contact the Herefordshire and Worcestershire 24 hour urgent mental health helpline by calling NHS 111 and selecting the mental health option.
Melo, provided by Onside is designed to support young people aged 0-25 and their families who need support to address early mental health issues, promote wellbeing and build emotional resilience. They provide a range of specialist support delivered by Mind clinicians including therapy, bereavement and sexual abuse counselling and one to one interventions. They also deliver a range of specialist groups for symptoms such a self-esteem, anger, disordered eating, ADHD and Autism, and self-harm.

Core CAMHS for young people aged 0 - 18 years
CAMHS comprises of a series of teams designed to support the mental and emotional wellbeing of children and young people up to the age of 18. Across our teams, the service aims to support young people through conditions including; psychosis, disordered eating, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, Autism, self-harm and complex trauma. The service also has specialist teams for young people in crisis, have a learning disability, and looked after children.
