SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability)
Every child deserves to reach their full potential. To make this possible, children and families should have access to the right services at the right time.
We work closely with schools, local authorities, and other professionals to ensure your child receives the support they need, when they need it. Health services, education settings, and local authorities all share responsibility for supporting children and young people aged 0–25 with SEND. By working together, we aim to provide coordinated care that meets individual needs.

To help families find clear and reliable information, every local authority has created a Local Offer. This brings together advice, guidance, and details of local services across education, health, and social care. To find out more about our Local Offer, visit the Worcestershire County Council SEND Local Offer and the Herefordshire County Council SEND Local Offer webpages.
