Are you over 18 years old?

Support is always available. Herefordshire and Worcestershire Talking Therapies is here to give free and private help to anyone aged 16 and over. You can find support in lots of ways, like chatting online, joining groups and courses, talking one‑to‑one with a therapist, getting help with work worries, or using apps and self‑help guides to take care of your mental health.
