SHOUTREACH - Sexual Health

We work with people who are unable to access mainstream sexual health or clinics. We offer one-to-one support, information and guidance regarding relationships, contraception, sexually transmitted infections and safer sex.
How to refer into the service

The service operates via WhatsApp, meaning young people only need an internet connection to contact the service and don’t have to rely on having credit on their phones.
After sending a WhatsApp message to 07925893838, they can expect a response within two working days (Monday – Friday), when a member of the team will arrange a telephone call with the patient to discuss the next steps.
If a young person gets in touch with a concern that could be better supported elsewhere, the Outreach Team will help them to access alternative services, for example the pregnancy advisory service, local pharmacy or a mainstream sexual health clinic.
